Federal Board of Revenue PakistanDesign Point provides photo and art printing services, including file review, size and paper consultation, test print review, and related print production. Any file check is limited to the agreed preflight scope and does not include verification of spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy unless expressly agreed in writing.
Competition Commission of PakistanPrices are based on print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately unless stated otherwise. We may request confirmation before production, and no price or material is binding until it is confirmed by us.
Production depends on file suitability, material availability, and studio capacity. Any stated timing is an estimate only, and we do not promise exact screen-to-print color matching, identical results across different materials, or production on an unconfirmed urgent basis.
You remain responsible for having the rights needed to submit and reproduce any image, artwork, font, trademark, or other content you provide. You grant us a limited right to use that content only to review, print, and handle your order.
To the extent permitted by law, Design Point is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for differences arising from file quality, material variation, or approved proof decisions. Our services are provided on an as-is basis, subject to any non-excludable legal rights that apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, and disputes should first be raised with us in good faith for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts having jurisdiction over the business location, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
